CEVA Logistics’ expansion in Africa is part of our strategic plan in becoming a leading continent-wide logistics player. Within the continent and beyond, our customers and prospects will be provided with unrivaled logistics services and solutions, designed by our dedicated supply chain experts. Our strategic expansion across the African continent began in June 2020, with a majority stake in AMI and Manica and the network throughout East and Southern Africa. We followed this by integrating three CMA CGM inland service facilities (CCIS) in Mali, Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast and four new CEVA Logistics operations in Mauritania, Senegal, Benin and Cameroon. IBA Freight Forwarders partnership with CEVA Logistics strengthens both our presences in Egypt and with IBA providing knowledge and understanding of the region's transport and logistics industry's challenges, together we will provide our customers with the best possible services. Within Ethiopia, we have a new joint venture with MACCFA, and in Morocco, we completed the take over of ASTI, which completes our current expansion plans in Africa and helps us to continue our ambition to become a leading player across the continent.
