CEVA names Charles Wellins as Vice President of Ocean Freight for the Asia Pacific Region

SINGAPORE, 2 October 2008 - CEVA Logistics, one of the leading supply chain companies in the world, today announced the appointment of Charles Wellins to the position of Vice President of the Ocean Freight division for the Asia Pacific region.

In his new position, Charles will spearhead the strategic development of ocean freight operations, services and sales for the Asia Pacific region, and will be based in Hong Kong. He will also build and lead a robust ocean organisation structure for Asia Pacific, with further investment into Trade-lane development to boost growth. Having more than 22 years of experience in the industry, Charles brings a wealth of forwarding and transportation expertise and industry knowledge. Prior to CEVA, he was with Maersk Inc as Vice President, Sales, for Greater China, and assumed various responsibilities including business development, operations and account management.

CEVA's Ocean services cover less-than-container load (LCL) and full-container load (FCL) shipments, breakbulk cargoes and charter services, which complement CEVA's end to end solutions.
