Diversity matters at CEVA
At CEVA we operate in a multicultural, global environment and we believe that embracing diversity and inclusion is a prerequisite for success. We aim to attract, motivate and retain the best people in our industry, whatever their background.
We believe in the benefits of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). By employing people with different experiences and abilities we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity. This helps us work more closely with our many and diverse customers around the world and better meet their needs, in a partnership approach
We see greater diversity and inclusion as a strategic objective across our business and have established three specific company-wide programs to help achieve it:

We are committed to an open and inclusive workplace for everyone.
To drive progress and monitor our performance, we have established a set of clear structures and processes:
- Global Diversity Council, including six members of our Executive Board
- Regional Councils, enabling us to ‘think global, act local’
- Employee Working Groups and Employee Networks, engaging our colleagues across the business
We have also agreed clear targets for diversity and inclusion and have established a Global Diversity Policy.
