Executive Vice President, UK, Ireland & Nordics -Michael O'Donoghue 

Michael joined CEVA in May 2010, after having worked at DHL and the many companies that it acquired, including Exel . Prior to working for CEVA he held several senior Supply Chain management positions, responsible for businesses in Eastern Europe, Middle East,  Africa and of course, Ireland. He has 25 years experience in Senior Management positions in Contract Logistics and Freight Management which gives him a unique position of developing the CEVA business within the Region.

Michael heads a team of highly experienced functional leaders who support him:

Vice President, IS&S - Olivier Choquet

Olivier is our Vice President for IS&S Customer Engagement in UK, Ireland, Nordics and France.

Olivier's academic studies were focussed on Software engineering and after completing military service, he worked at EDF/GDF on office applications, before moving on to the military branch of Schlumberger to manage telemetry systems for missiles, fighter jets and satellite launchers. A few years later Olivier joined Mars in the UK where he worked in several Infrastructure and System Development  roles for around 9 years. Olivier has also spent just under 5 years at Sophos (Software security) in IT Operations management and Program management.

Senior Vice President, Human Resources - Steve Fellows

With over 10 years of industry experience, Steve brings a wealth of supply chain knowledge and Human Resources expertise having worked as a HR generalist for 20 years.  Prior to joining CEVA in November 2008, he held various senior HR positions with DHL and Pickfords Home Moving as well operational roles within the retail sector. In his current role of Senior Vice President, HR UK, Ireland and Nordics, Steve is responsible for the People agenda for the sub-region including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Reward, Quality and HR Services to our extensive operations.  Steve holds a BSc Hons in Biochemistry from University College, Cardiff.

Senior Vice President, Contract Logistics - Andy Fitt

Andy Fitt, Senior Vice President, Contract Logistics joined the company in 1983, holding several senior management roles within the group, covering implementations, operations and strategy development for many major dedicated customers and multi-site operations.  In 2010, Andy became fully responsible for the UK Contract Logistics business with a turnover of circa 500m Euros.

Senior Vice President, Finance - Stephen King 

Stephen started his career with CEVA in 1998 as a Financial Accountant at the Company’s UK Head Office having previously worked for KPMG and Nat West.  He was appointed Vice President, Finance for the UK & Ireland in 2009.

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Reading.

General Legal Counsel, Europe - Dawn Wetherall

Dawn has been qualified as a lawyer for over 20 years and joined CEVA in May 2008.  Dawn has a wide range of experience having practised corporate finance and commercial law in a city law firm, having worked in house as a lawyer for Shell and having run her own legal practice.  Dawn joined the NE board in March 2011 as Regional General Counsel and the UKIN  management team in September of the same year.
