Our roadmap for the future
At CEVA, our goal is to be the most admired company in the supply chain industry by exemplifying unity, growth and excellence in everything we do.
In the Benelux region, we have developed a clear road map to lead us there. We will be the strongest link in our customers’ logistics operations, made upformed of three complementary components:

Like our CEVA colleagues around the world, we are a close-knit team that thrives on open, honest communication and an innovative, imaginative approach. All of our people have clear objectives that are set annually and frequently reviewed. They are clearly accountable for results, which means we are always looking to improve performance, including through our well-established LEAN program.
2. Customer focused
We work hard to understand and satisfy our customers – and their customers.
Naturally we leverage our sector expertise and global presence, for example with industry-specific SMART Solutions and by regularly exchanging knowledge and best practice. By making managers responsible for both the operational and commercial success of our contracts, we ensure we are always close to our customers, systematically reviewing our performance together with them, visiting their operations and speaking to their customers.
3. Excellent operations
We have a common mindset that will produce unbeatable results.
Talking about excellence is easy, but we put theory into practice every day, striving for perfection in everything we do and proactively addressing problems. Our 38-point Site Classification Assessment measures the performance of every single one of our sites and we apply LEAN techniques and deploy Kaizens in every contract. Zero Defect Start Up methodology delivers minimum disruption and optimal performance from the moment an operation starts and our awards and achievements include AEO, TAPA-A and ISO certifications.
