Executive Vice President, China - Martin Thaysen
Martin comes with solid experience in supply chain and logistics, having been with A.P Moller ‐ Maersk and Damco for the past 17 years. Since April 2009, Martin has been Chief Commercial Officer of Damco. Based in Copenhagen,Martin was heading the global commercial activities of Damco, comprising sales, key account management,marketing and supply chain development. Prior to that, Martin was the Head of Group Strategy with A.P. Moller‐Maersk where he was responsible for the development and implementation of strategy for the whole A.P. Moller‐Maersk Group.

Vice President, Strategy Development - Connie Tang
Connie joined CEVA from DHL Express and her last position in DHL was Managing Director for Hong Kong and Taiwan, where she had numerous achievements during her 15 years with the company. Such achievements prompted “Country of the Year-Asia Pacific” and “Global Country of the Year” honors for Connie. Prior joining DHL Express, Connie spent five years with Swire Group where she held various management positions in Coca Cola Bottling division and Cathay Pacific Airways.

Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development, China- Duncan Gates
Duncan joins CEVA from DHL Express, where he has had an 18 year track record within sales management, key account management and solutions selling, winning recognition from customers and management alike. His diversified career in DHL includes being the Vice President, Sales and Marketing for South East Asia, Country Manager for the Philippines and Vice President for Global Postal Relations. Duncan has worked the past eight years in Asia. In this role he is based in Shanghai.

Senior Vice President, Operations - Jaap Bruining
Jaap comes with 8 years extensive CEVA and operational experience from Netherlands and Thailand. In the first 5 years, he worked as Global LEAN director developed an approach to apply the LEAN philosophy to the global operations. After that, Jaap took another challenge as Vice President of Contract Logistics in Thailand. Before joining CEVA, Jaap worked in Booz&Company as a Strategy development/Project Management/Organizational change consultant in Netherlands for 2.5 years and Shell International Chemicals as a production engineer for 4 years. Jaap finished his MBA program from INSEAD in 2001 and hold a double MSC in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering from University of Groningen.

COO, Anji-CEVA- Giuseppe De Vincenzo
Giuseppe comes with a strong background in the automotive sector across different European countries; he has 10 years working experience at the earlier stage of his career in automotive industry. Giuseppe has been with CEVA logistics in various of leadership positions over the last more than 10 years, during which he started working in automotive sector in Brazil, later became the Managing Director of Brazil. Followed by Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand before the new role. He has over time developed very strong operational and commercial skills, in particularly in and around the Automotive sector.

Vice President, Human Resources- Nancy Guo
Nancy has more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources Management across all HR functions. Most recently she has been the Head of HR for China and Korea with Givaudan. Previously she headed up HR for Momentive Performance Materials, spent 9 years running HR for various business units within A.P. Moller, was the HR Manager for 5 years with Tricon (now known as YUM!) and was with the Maersk Group where she spent 4 years in Headquarter HR and Global Procurement in Denmark.

Director, Strategy- Guo Qingzhu
Guo, Qingzhu has over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry. Prior to joining CEVA Logistics, Qingzhu worked for various global companies including FedEx, DPD of La Poste and DHL holding management roles in marketing, sales and strategy, based in all key business regions of the world during this time. He holds an MBA degree from Schulich School of Business of York University, Canada.

Senior Vice President IS&S North Asia- Marc Schmitz
Marc leads the Information, Systems & Services (IS&S) team for providing cost effective and reliable IT solutions across China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Marc came to Asia with global IS&S background. He joined CEVA since 2004, his latest position was Senior Vice President of IS&S Strategy and Governance where he was responsible for directing and implementing CEVA’s global IS&S Strategy. Prior to joining CEVA, Marc was a certified and registered IT Auditor for Arthur Andersen and KPMG where he managed local and international clients for the KPMG Rotterdam Information Risk Management Office. Marc is currently based in Shanghai, he is married and has two children.

Raymond has over 25 years of experience in logistics
Vice president, East China- Raymond Lee
Raymond has over 25 years of experience in logistics industry, he started his career with CEVA in 2003, taking on the Regional Vice President, South East Asia. He then moved to Asia Pacific Regional Role as the Vice President, Operation. In this period, he was also selected as the first of thirty CEVA Global Executives to attend the Executive Leadership Program. Raymond was given the Executive Year Award presented by CEO, as the only executive from Asia Pacific been awarded in 2004.He was appointed as Vice President, East China since 1 March 2012. |

Managing Director, South China- Jacob Moe
Jacob joins CEVA from Damco, where he was combined Chief Commercial and Chief Operations Officer for Damco Africa and the Middle East. In his 14 years career with Damco and A.P.Moller Maersk, he has held positions within Key Account Management, Country Management, Operations and Sales, focusing on logistics. He has previously spent four years working in Hong Kong and Shanghai and has also held positions in New Zealand, Indonesia, the Netherlands and South Africa. Jacob will hold responsibility for CEVA's business in South China, Hong Kong and Taiwan regions

Managing Director, North China- Ken Ji
Ken has 19 years of experience in the logistics industry. He has been serving leading international companies inclusive Lufthansa Cargo, BAX Global and DHL prior to CEVA. Ken leads CEVA's North China region ever since he joined the company in early 2007. Ken holds a BS degree from Peking University and a MBA degree from Tsinghua University in China.

Managing Director, West China- Peter Chau
Peter joined EGL as General Manager of South China in January 2004. After three years successful development in the South China Region, Peter was appointed to lead the newly formed West China Region in January 2007 to implement CEVA’s strategy of developing the West China market. In this period, CEVA’s business in this region has grown significantly. West China Region covers most of the inland area inclusive of Chongqing Municipal City and other nine inland provinces.
